Focused on safety, growth, and community preservation.

Now more than ever, our local law enforcement officers and emergency responders need to know that we have their backs. If we expect them to do their jobs the right way, local government leaders must step up and let the brave men and women of our community know that we support them. As a Loomis Town Councilmember, Stephanie Youngblood is ready to put the needs of our law enforcement and emergency responders first.

We get it — everyone wants to live in Loomis. While the recent increase in our population is a promising sign for the future of our town, the growth in travel and commerce takes a toll on our infrastructure. Stephanie’s extensive experience handling matters of resource management and traffic safety makes her the right person for this job.
Children are the future of Loomis, California, and the nation. The education system has gone too far, striving to indoctrinate children in the classroom. Stephanie Youngblood will fight for a return to traditional education in Loomis schools — the teaching of mathematics, English, history, and science—while defending against agendas that target our children.
Growth is inevitable, but it must be approached responsibly. Stephanie believes in smart, slow, and intentional growth that protects the quality of life Loomis residents value most. Development decisions should prioritize long-term sustainability, community input, and thoughtful planning rather than rushed expansion.

Loomis is special because of its close-knit community, local businesses, and welcoming atmosphere. Stephanie is committed to preserving the small-town charm that makes Loomis unique while ensuring families and future generations can continue to enjoy the character and spirit of our town.

Our history is part of our identity. Stephanie believes Loomis should continue honoring and protecting its historical landmarks, rural beauty, and agricultural roots. Preserving our historical landscape ensures future generations can appreciate the heritage and traditions that shaped our community.
As Loomis continues to grow, traffic congestion and road maintenance have become increasing concerns for residents. Stephanie is committed to finding practical solutions to improve road conditions, enhance traffic safety, and reduce congestion while keeping our community accessible and efficient for residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
A stronger future for Loomis requires responsible financial planning. Stephanie supports exploring new and sustainable revenue opportunities that will strengthen town services, improve infrastructure, and support public safety without placing unnecessary burdens on local families and small businesses.
